What the heck!? I can't believe this is actually out there? Was this at the store? Did anyone buy any? This is probably one of the most offensive things I've ever seen.
If you look closely, you can see that this was a white chocolate candy cross, sold at Easter time (which I think in and of itself is slightly offensive for many) but the Peep has been manipulated so as to appear to be part of the candy cross, while it is really not.
However, if this product were real, the irony is that the highest number of buyers would be uber-conservative Christians.
Gay marriage is wrong, but marketing Jesus in as many ways as possible is okay.

It is apparently a fake. I don't think that Palmer or the Peeps company could get away with something so offensive...
