Redundancy

Is it redundant for me to buy a cell phone with internet access just so it can feel more convenient, even when I'm next to a computer nearly 22 hours out of every day? Who's to say? Regardless as I peck this out on my BlackBerry trying to master its minuscule keyboard, it strikes me how much more boring life can be with a blog and Facebook at my fingertips whenever and wherever I may be... Because didn't someone famous once say "A life where my pockets don't buzz with every meaningless Facebook notification is not a life worth living!" ?
