Visited downtown Oakland and some of its surrounding little neighborhoods and ended day with a Mariners victory. Trip is already a resounding success. 4:30am wakeup to get to San Francisco first thing in the morning. Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile

I flew into Oakland and stayed at a hotel in Oakland.
